The Arthritis Foundation’s rheumatoid arthritis (RA) research program is working to accelerate effective, evidence-based solutions for people living with rheumatoid arthritis.
Despite major advances, many people with RA continue to experience treatment-resistant disease, underscoring the urgent need for new approaches. Through strategic investments in research, the Foundation is identifying high-risk individuals, uncovering the mechanisms that drive disease onset and progression, and supporting innovative studies backed by rigorous science, all with the goal of improving lives and advancing better treatments.
