Overview
This sheet pan dish combines thinly sliced beef and broccoli florets with a flavorful sauce. It's an easy, nutrient-packed meal that's perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

1 pound very thinly sliced beef (ask for thin-sliced chuck roast or beef labeled “for stir fry”)
12-ounce bag of broccoli florets
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
½ cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
Chili flakes

Directions

Step One
Heat oven to 475 degrees. On a foil-lined sheet pan, toss together beef and broccoli florets.
Step Two
Blend oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste and chili flakes. Pour over beef and broccoli, mixing to distribute.
Step Three
Roast on top oven rack for 15 to 20 minutes, turning pan and tossing ingredients every 5 minutes until the meat is curling and vegetables begin to brown. Serve with brown rice.
