Get a healthy meal on the table in a hurry with this pasta and ground chicken dish. It cooks in minutes in a multicooker.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 pound ground chicken
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. kosher salt
¼ - ½ tsp. red chili flakes or ground black pepper
1 lb. dried penne pasta
2 cups baby spinach, packed
1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes with basil
1 cup water
Parmesan cheese

Directions
Step One
Drizzle olive oil into the bottom of the multicooker pot and stir in grape tomatoes.
Step Two
Crumble in ground chicken, then add Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and red chili flakes or ground black pepper.
Step Three
Layer in penne pasta, spinach, crushed tomatoes and water.
Step Four
Seal the multicooker and set to "pressure cook" on low for 4 minutes.
Step Five
When the cooking stops, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then carefully turn the vent to release pressure and wait 1 minute.
Step Six
Stir the pasta well to distribute the ingredients, then serve immediately with Parmesan cheese.
