Living Your Yes with RA is a personalized goal-setting event brought to you by the Arthritis Foundation. This free forum gives you the opportunity to learn ways that can help you say Yes more than No, despite the challenges of living with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). You’ll get expert advice from a local rheumatologist plus guidance on setting goals that can help you live life to the fullest. Let us help you manage your RA, as well as communicate effectively with your own doctor.
JA Days are a great experience for children with juvenile arthritis (JA), their parents, caregivers and siblings. The greatest benefit of these programs is getting to meet and network with other families who are affected by JA and share some of the same feelings, experiences and concerns. It's a place to exchange ideas, give and receive encouragement, make new friends and know you're not alone.
Being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis is a life-changing experience. But there’s a lot you can do to take control of your situation – and we’re here to help you. This free event is an opportunity unlike any other you’ve had – you’ll receive expert guidance from a local rheumatologist and learn to set and track your own health goals, communicate more effectively with your doctor and other tips and tricks on how to live better with your RA.
