Welcome to New Hampshire
There are more than 50 million Americans with Arthritis - 279,000 of them live in New Hampshire. The Arthritis Foundation is the Champion of Yes. We are focused on finding a cure and championing the fight against arthritis through vital information, advocacy, science and community. Our goal is to chart a winning course, guiding families in developing personalized plans for saying yes – day after day.
JA Days are a great experience for children with juvenile arthritis (JA), their parents, caregivers and siblings. The greatest benefit of these programs is getting to meet and network with other families who are affected by JA and share some of the same feelings, experiences and concerns. It's a place to exchange ideas, give and receive encouragement, make new friends and know you're not alone.
July 14 is Margaritaville Night at McCoy Stadium. Come dressed in your cool summer outfit and sunglasses.
Meet other Northern New England JA families from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. while enjoying activities at Wolfe’s Neck Center for Agriculture and the Environment located in Freeport, ME on beautiful Casco Bay. We will enjoy lunch together first followed by a barn tour, playing with the goats, a hayride, an ice cream break and kite flying.
There is no cost for this program which is intended for our JA parents and their children but registration is required.
RSVP by July 6 to Rebecca Farnlof at 401-433-7793 or firstname.lastname@example.org
This program is made possible because of a generous donation from CVS Health.
JA Day is a fun and informative event where families raising children with JA have an opportunity to meet each other, network and hear from a JA expert while the kids take part in fun activities throughout the day.
