Arthritis strikes children differently. Some physical education activities may not be suitable for your child with arthritis, while others are not a problem.
Fill out the short, sample form below to help your child's teachers know what types of activities are acceptable for your child and how to involve your child in physical education when they can't participate in a certain activity. It is possible that your child’s school may require you to use its version of this form. A doctor's note may also be required depending on your child's school policy.
