Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program Instructor Training Workshop
The Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program, developed by Dr. Paul Lam, uses gentle Sun-style tai chi movements that are safe, easy to learn and suitable for every fitness level. Although previous tai chi experience is not essential it is encouraged. Health and wellness professionals, tai chi students and teachers, exercise instructors, group physical activity instructors, or people with related experience are suitable participants. In order to teach Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program classes, instructors are required to have current CPR certification.
