The Arthritis Foundation, New England Region serves all six states across the region and is actively working to reduce the unacceptable impact of arthritis on the lives of the 218,000 adults and 1,000 children in Rhode Island.
The Better Living Arthritis Expo will start with exibits, screenings, key note speakers. The speakers will focus on topics including sharing personal stories, and what a rheumatologist and an orthopedist have to say about research. Our day together will include a family networking lunch, expert sessions for parents and older teens with Nalton Ferraro, DMD, MD, on jaw issues and Judy Crosby, Esq., on special education. There will be magic and games for the kids, followed by free time in the lodge’s eye-popping indoor water park.
The 13th Annual Crystal Ball is a truly magical evening of sparkle and mystery. Dance to the sound of Sure Thing while enjoying a lavish cocktail reception and dinner. Our Master of Ceremonies for the evening is NBC10 news anchor Gene Valicenti. Bid on exciting aution items; all proceeds will benefit the Arthritis Foundation, New England Region.
Chosen as one of the Most Incredible Themed Races, Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis is a fun and festive way to kick off your holidays by helping others! Wear a holiday themed costume. Tie jingle bells to your shoelaces. Raise funds to help find a cure for arthritis, the nation's leading cause of disability.
