Newly Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis
An education, motivation and empowerment program for people recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Tuesday June 4th 2013 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. at the Arthritis Treatment Center, 3377 Main Street, Springfield. Facilitated by Brooke Ramsdell, R.N., patient educator, Arthritis Treatment Center. Complimentary light dinner from Panera Bread. Free parking. Free Arthritis Foundation walking kit and hot/cold wrist and knee wraps. Registration required by May 30.
