Ideal Model of Care
The Arthritis Foundation has launched a major initiative to create a better quality of life for all people living with arthritis. We’re identifying challenges patients encounter throughout their health care journey and developing solutions to help facilitate patient-centered, holistic health care that is truly a patient’s Ideal Model of Care.
“We will lead and partner in efforts at the federal level and across the states to make health care more affordable and accessible in service of helping people living with arthritis achieve their ideal model of care.”
Steve Taylor, Arthritis Foundation President & CEO
