How to Use My MedTracker
Set up “My Current Meds” List
After you create a My MedTracker account, you can set up your personal medication list.
There are two ways to do this:
When you are on “My Current Meds” page, click “Add New Medication.”
Search the Drug Guide to find a medication you take. From the drug detail page, click ”Add to My MedTracker.” You’ll get a new medication form. Add your personal information now or later. Click “Save” and return to the drug detail page.
Manage Your Medications
To add or change details for a drug, click “edit.” You can enter information including when you started and/or stopped the drug, what you take the drug for and your dosage. In the notes field, you can enter other information, such as side effects you’ve experienced or improvements in symptoms. Click “Save” when done.
Print or Save “My Current Meds”
Select “Print/Download” at the top of the page. This option will allow you to print the list or save it as a PDF file to your computer.
Take a printout of “My Current Meds” to your next appointment with a health care provider. Use it to remind you of questions to ask and information you need to share. Taking an active role in your health care is an essential part of living well with arthritis.
