- Do not take antacids containing aluminum or magnesium at the same time as this medication.
- Women of childbearing age should use two methods of contraception beginning 4 weeks prior to starting this drug.
- Your doctor should order periodic blood and urine tests to check for unwanted effects. Before taking any DMARD, tell your doctor if you are planning to become pregnant.
