IT Operations Specialist | Atlanta

POSITION SUMMARY (Basic purpose or primary function of job)

This position will have the opportunity to work with many different cloud based technologies and the possibility to manage IT projects with minimal supervision. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Principal responsibilities or job duties)

  1. Respond to immediate IT needs for our headquarters in Atlanta.
  2. Manage relationship with outsourced helpdesk team and vendors.
  3. Assist with Office 365 related inquiries and issues. Must have experience with SharePoint, Skype for Business and AzureAD. Exchange Online experience is preferred but not necessary.
  4. Work directly with Human Resources to coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures. This includes user management via Active Directory, workstation imaging and deployment and managing returns of equipment for offboarded users.
  5. Assist users with AV equipment in conference rooms.
  6. Ability to see tasks through to completion with minimal to no supervision is a must.
  7. Must be able to work individually and with a group. Flexibility is key.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  1. 2-3 years of experience in IT as desktop support or systems administration.
  2. Windows Server 2012, Windows 10 administration.
  3. Office 365 E1-E5, including SharePoint and Skype For Business administration.
  4. Active Directory administration.
  5. Friendly customer service focused attitude.

  1. OSX Server and Desktop administration
