Message for Oklahoma
Our thoughts and prayers are with the people in Oklahoma who were affected by yesterday’s deadly tornadoes. We have heard from the South Central Region that Arthritis Foundation staff and their families are safe, but unfortunately the region hasn’t been able to reach some of the JA families and volunteers that live in the area that was hit the hardest. Everyone is still in a bit of shock and storms are expected to roll through again today. The Oklahoma City office is closed today so staff could be home with their families. It’s going to be a long and hard recovery for everyone involved. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
John H. Klippel, MD, President and CEO, Arthritis Foundation
