Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient practice proven to improve both mental and physical well-being. Using gentle Sun-style Tai Chi routines, the Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program helps participants relieve stress and reduce pain while improving their balance and flexibility.

Walk With Ease

Walk With Ease is a fitness program shown to reduce pain and improve overall health. Using the Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program techniques and tools, participants create a  custom walking program that suits their fitness level and needs.

Exercise

The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a low-impact physical activity routine proven to reduce pain and decrease stiffness. Classes can be taken either standing or sitting, whichever is most comfortable for the participant.
