Welcome
Welcome to the Washington website of the Arthritis Foundation,Great West Region. We are committed to raising awareness and reducing the unacceptable impact of arthritis, which strikes one in every five adults and 300,000 children, and is the nation’s leading cause of disability. Gift Giving Opportunities
The Arthritis Foundation's Hope Through HeroesSM is a memorial and tribute site dedicated to people who live with and have lived with arthritis or chronic joint symptoms. This is a place where you can honor or commemorate the life of a friend or loved one by sharing their inspirational stories of hope.
There are many different ways to support the work of the Arthritis Foundation...gifts of cash, real estate, securities, and personal property. You can also help by contributing a planned gift. Bequests (gifts made via wills) are one of the Foundation's most vital sources of income. Memorial and/or honor gifts in the name of friends and relatives are a thoughtful way to remember someone special.
