Overview
This chapter is designed to help Arthritis Foundation (AF) and state health department staff secure resources needed to sustain program delivery. Identifying and obtaining resources is a challenging, ongoing process. This section provides useful information about identifying resource needs, writing grants, and establishing and managing relationships with funding agencies.
