Welcome to Texas
The Texas offices of the Arthritis Foundation work to improve the lives of the 3.6 million adults and 25,000 children across our state who struggle every day with this serious health epidemic.
We invite you to join us on Wednesday, September 28 at your nearest Massage Envy to participate in Healing Hands for Arthritis®, where you can say Yes to making massage a part of your holistic approach to care – and to improving the lives of others with arthritis.
Healing Hands for Arthritis is a one-day fundraiser where $10 from every one-hour massage or facial session and 10% of sales from select retail products will go towards the Arthritis Foundation to help others with arthritis continue living the best life possible.
JA Family Day is a fun, educational and supportive event for JA parents and children. This JA Family day will include networking, an educational presentation for parents as well as a special interactive/hands-on science project for children and teens led by the staff of Mad Science.
Join us for an afternoon of fun, learning and meeting other JA families! Come and meet Dr. Melissa Mizesko, pediatric rheumatologist at Driscoll Children’s Hospital, and Ashley Martinez, 2016 Adult Honoree for Jingle Bell Run. Dr. Mizesko will provide an overview on JIA, and Ms. Martinez will share how you can get involved in the most fun event of the season! A light lunch will be served.
Children and teens 0 – 18 affected by Juvenile Arthritis or other childhood rheumatic diseases and their immediate family members welcome. Registration opens Summer 2016
