Tai Chi for Arthritis DVD – You can follow step-by-step instructions from the comfort of your home. This 2-disc DVD features Dr. Paul Lam, practicing physician and Tai Chi master for more than 30 years.
Take Control With Exercise DVD – This upbeat 60-minute fitness DVD provides a balanced exercise routine based on the Exercise Program and includes:
- Two optional endurance routines to create a more challenging workout
- A relaxing guided imagery segment to help you manage stress
Arthritis Water Exercise DVD – Based on the popular Aquatics Program, this 45-minute DVD provides a water exercise routine that can be done outside the class environment..
