Discount room rates have been secured for attendees of the JA Conference. Please identify your affiliation with the Arthritis Foundation, Juvenile Arthritis Conference to receive these discount rates.

Standard Room JA Conference Rate: $149 (plus taxes) for up to (4) persons.

The Arthritis Foundation room block includes a limited number of Kids' Suites at a rate of $189.00++ per night. These rooms will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Room rates are subject to combined taxes (currently 15.5 % + 10¢) in effect at the time of check in.

Reservations for this rate must be made by June 20. Rates are valid three days before Thursday, July 18 and three days after Sunday, July 21 based on limited hotel availability. If you plan to extend your stay before or after the conference, we encourage you to book your hotel as soon as possible. We anticipate these rooms will book up quickly. A credit card deposit equal to one night's accommodation is required to confirm reservation. Upon check-in, deposit shall be applied to first night's accommodation of the reserved stay. Guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled within twenty four (24) hours prior to the day of arrival. Reservations can be made by calling the numbers listed above or visiting the hotel registration link (above). IMPORTANT: Please identify your affiliation with the Arthritis Foundation, Juvenile Arthritis Conference when making your reservation to receive the discount room rate.

EARLY CHECK OUT POLICY: If a guest checks out prior to their reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee of 1 night room and tax to the guest’s bill. Guests must let hotel know prior to or upon check in if they are changing their check out date.

RECOMMENDED DRESS / WEATHER

The dress for the conference is casual. You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. The temperature in Anaheim in July averages a high of 84°. Remember to bring a sweater or jacket, since the temperature inside those hotel meeting rooms may be cool!

PARKING

Hyatt Regency Orange County offers Self- and Valet parking options for your convenience during your stay in Orange County, California. Pricing is as follows: Self-Parking: $15 per day & Valet Parking: $21 per day. The gated self-parking lot is located outside, just behind our Orange County, California hotel. Self-parking charges include in and out privileges. Valet parking is located in the front entrance of the hotel, and is available 24-hours a day.
