Breaking the Pain Chain Classes

The Arthritis Foundation is proud to partner with TriHealth Orthopedic & Spine Institute to present the Breaking the Pain Chain program. Breaking the Pain Chain is a four week series designed to teach participants about the tools and techniques for breaking the cycle of pain caused by arthritis. The four classes in the series will cover arthritis medications, supplements, alternative therapies, exercise, nutrition, stress reduction, sleep hygiene and more. You will have the chance to hear from TriHealth Orthopedic & Spine Institute expert physicians.

Pre-registration is required. Please contact MaryAnn St. John at 513-399-8093 or mstjohn@arthritis.org to register. The registration deadline is April 8th.

Arthritis Answers Series

The Arthritis Foundation is proud to partner with The Christ Hospital to host a free education series - Arthritis Answers.  Programs will be held each Tuesday in May and will include lectures by physicians, Q&A, and open discussion, refreshments and free educational materials.  RSVP at 513.585.1000.  Learn more here.
