The Arthritis Foundation’s Breaking the Pain Chain program is a four week, interactive series designed to teach you about the tools and techniques for breaking the cycle of pain caused by arthritis. The four week series covers topics including: diagnosis, medications, nutrition, complimentary therapies, exercise, and stress management. By the end of the series, participants will have completed a personal pain management plan. Classes are free but space is limited.
