The Arthritis Walk® is the Arthritis Foundation’s annual nationwide event that raises awareness and funds to fight arthritis, the nation’s most common cause of disability. It is a tremendous opportunity to help improve the lives of the 50 million men, women and children doctor-diagnosed with arthritis.

Breaking the Pain Chain

The Arthritis Foundation is proud to partner with TriHealth Orthopedic & Spine Institute to present the Breaking the Pain Chain program. Breaking the Pain Chain is a four week series designed to teach participants about the tools and techniques for breaking the cycle of pain caused by arthritis. The four classes in the series will cover arthritis medications, supplements, alternative therapies, exercise, nutrition, stress reduction, sleep hygiene and more. You will have the chance to hear from TriHealth Orthopedic & Spine Institute expert physicians.

Jingle Bell Run/Walk is a fun and festive way to kick off the holidays with family, friends and coworkers. Form a team, raise funds and organize your very own holiday-themed costumes. Then tie jingle bells to your shoelaces, and complete a 5 kilometer route.
