Become an Arthritis Foundation Volunteer!
By Volunteering with the Arthritis Foundation, you’ll be making a difference in the lives of nearly two million Northern Californians, including 6,500 children, living with arthritis. As an Arthritis Foundation volunteer, you can use your talents and experience to make a vital difference in your community.
- Decide how much time you would like to volunteer with us and what hours work best for you
- Think about what type of work would be most meaningful to you: Influencing AFNC's strategic direction by serving on a committee; Educating people about arthritis; helping out for special events like Arthritis Walk or Bone & Joint Expo or office work.
- Review our current volunteer opportunities on VOLUNTEER MATCH. Reply to the positions that interest you.
- Discuss the position with the AF staff person supervising the position to determine if it is a good match.
- Complete volunteer application and then begin volunteering!
