 | Attend Juvenile Arthritis Family The Arthritis Foundation, Northern California Chapter sponsors Juvenile Arthritis Family Education Day every year in the Spring. The 2012 event will be held on Saturday, March 31, from 10 am to 2 pm at Robert Livermore Community Center, Livermore, CA. To register, click here. |
 | 2012 JA Conference The Juvenile Arthritis Conference is the Arthritis Foundation’s signature, nationwide event for families affected by juvenile arthritis. Join us for this educational event that focuses on health, wellness and fun for children affected by arthritis, lupus, myositis, ankylosing spondylitis and other rheumatic diseases. The whole family is invited! Specific educational tracks focus on issues relating to parents, teens/young adults, children affected by arthritis and their siblings. This Juvenile Arthritis Conference offers a chance to meet other families going through similar challenges, share stories, learn new techniques for managing juvenile arthritis and have fun! |
 | Camp Milagros is a Summer Camp Every summer, the Northern California Chapter sponsors Camp Milagros, a five day/four night summer camp for children, ages 8-13, affected by juvenile arthritis and related rheumatic diseases. Camp Milagros for 2012 will be held at Valley of the Moon Camp in Glen Ellen from Wednesday, August 1 thru Sunday, August 5. Click here to download Camp Milagros Registration Packet.  | Northern CA's third JA Teen Retreat The Northern California Chapter's JA Teen Retreat will be held from October 12 thru 14 at Headlands Institute , 1033 Fort Cronkhite, Sausalito, CA. Download the registration packet. |

 | Kids Get Arthritis Too The Arthritis Foundation serves the special needs of children and youth with childhood rheumatic diseases and their families. The Arthritis Foundation provides information and support through educational and social programs. See our new age-specific "Kids Get Arthritis Too" webpages for kids (ages 6-9), tweens (ages 10-13) and teen (ages 14-18). |
 | Pen Pal Program The Arthritis Foundation Pen Pal Program provides the opportunity for children with juvenile arthritis or a related condition to make a new friend and share feelings and experiences. Children sign up by filling out a questionaire and are assigned a pen pal with similar interests. They might even get to write to a pen pal out of state! Back to Northern California Chapter main page
