Welcome to Northern California
The Arthritis Foundation, Northern California Office is headquartered in San Francisco with a branch office in Monterey. We serve 16 counties, stretching from the northern border of the state to San Benito County in the south. We offer information, events, research funding, advocacy activities and other vital programs and services for the more than two million adults and children who live with arthritis in Northern California. The Northern California office is a part of the Arthritis Foundation, Great West Region.

2013-2014 GRANTS AVAILABLE TO START FREE AF EXERCISE PROGRAMS
The Arthritis Foundation, Northern California Chapter (AFNC) is pleased to announce the availability of funds to improve quality of life for people living with arthritis through the 2013-2014 Guasch Memorial Community Care/Patient Education Grant Program. The purpose of this funding is to increase the number of free, evidence-based physical activity programs available to people living with arthritis in low-income/underserved communities. read more
