No matter if you need relief from arthritis pain or just want to be active, the Arthritis Foundation’s six week Walk With Ease program can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life. This event takes place at the CrossTown Alliance Church, every Monday and Wednesday from 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. and Trinity Lutheran Church every Thursday from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. For more information call: 585-593-5882
Living Your Yes with RA is a personalized goal-setting event brought to you by the Arthritis Foundation. This free forum gives you the opportunity to learn ways that can help you say Yes more than No, despite the challenges of living with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). You’ll get expert advice from a local rheumatologist plus guidance on setting goals that can help you live life to the fullest. Let us help you manage your RA, as well as communicate effectively with your own doctor.
Juvenile Arthritis Day is a fun and informative event where you will have an opportunity to meet other families, discover new skills and interests and hear from a JA expert while the kids take part in fun activities and develop peer to peer support.
