We’ll give you ways to prevent and relieve pain, and inspire you to build a life around wellness. Don’t let arthritis pain take control of your life – take charge and live better! Handouts will be provided. We’ll even show you a few simple exercises to help keep you moving. No registration required

This seminar is for anyone who wants to better understand osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and common medical treatment options for these conditions. Participants will learn the role of the Rheumatologist, and will learn about physical activity, joint protection and adaptive devices from a physical therapist. There will also be a short demonstration of the Tai Chi for Arthritis program. There is no fee, but registration is required.
