Ignoring Arthritis is Unacceptable:

2012 Mississippi Declarations

In conjunction with the 2012 Advocacy Summit, our fellow Mississippians were given the opportunity to share their voice and their story through Advocacy Declarations.  This letter or email urges our congressional leaders to step forward and ensure that funding continues for arthritis research programs like those at the National Institutes of Health and Department of Defense.

Mississippi Advocates Take Message to Washington:

Ignoring Arthritis is Unacceptable

The 2012 Arthritis Foundation Advocacy Summit happened April 16th-18th, and Mississippi was well represented by strong advocates willing to share their story and ask our legislators to give much needed funding and attention to arthritis.  Our advocates met with representatives at offices in each of our Congressional Districts.

Thanks to the Graham family for traveling and sharing their voice.
