Volunteers play a vital role in our efforts to accomplish our mission: to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control, and cure of arthritis and related diseases. By volunteering with us, you can help us make a difference in a person's life.

• Administrative tasks: mass mailing preparation; data entry; working on small office projects for upcoming events and programs – follow up phone calls or packet preparation
• Volunteer for our JA events– assist with children’s activities and arts and crafts
• Serve on a committee to assist us in furthering our mission. Our committee’s plan logistics and discuss strategy in the following areas: Jammin for Joints, Mary Bryan Barksdale Golf Tournament, and the Jingle Bell Run/Walk
