Breaking the Pain Chain

Come join us for our third year of Breaking the Pain Chain in Kentucky!  92% of individuals that completed this program believed that it gave them education to improve their quality of life and their ability to manage their arthritis.

The Arthritis Foundation’s Breaking the Pain Chain program is a four week, interactive series designed to teach you about the tools and techniques for breaking the cycle of pain caused by arthritis. The four week series covers topics including: diagnosis, medications, nutrition, complimentary therapies, exercise, and stress management. By the end of the series, participants will have completed a personal pain management plan. Classes are free but space is limited. Pre-registration is required. -Network with other parents who know what it’s like to raise a child with arthritis

Kids with arthritis and their siblings, it's three days of fun in a space where everyone understands what it’s like to have arthritis.
