Breaking the Pain Chain

June 8, 15, 22, and 29. The Arthritis Foundation's Breaking the Pain Chain Program is a four week, interactive series designed to teach you about the tools and techniques for breaking the cycle of pain caused by arthritis. The four week series covers topics including: -diagnosis, medications, nutrition -complementary therapies, exercise -stress management Registration required and space is limited.
