Room Rate: $159 (plus tax) for up to (4) persons. Room rates are subject to combined taxes (currently 17 %) in effect at the time of check in.

Reservations must be made by June 8, 2009. Rates valid three days before Thursday, July 09 and three days after Sunday, July 12 based on availability. A deposit equal to one night's accommodation is required to confirm reservation. Upon check-in, deposit shall be applied to first night's accommodation of the reserved stay. Guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled within seventy two (72) hours prior to the day of arrival. Reservations can be made by calling the number listed above. Many hotels charge early check out/change penalty fees. To avoid this, please confirm you length of stay when checking in at the hotel.

The dress for the conference is casual. You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. The temperature in Houston in July averages a high of 94°. Remember to bring a sweater or jacket, since the temperature inside those hotel/convention center meeting rooms may be cool!
