On April 25, 2009, David R. Zook spoke to the Arthritis Foundation Board of Directors about health care reform. Zook is an advisor to the private and public sectors on federal budgetary, legislative, and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on public policy and funding initiatives in the health, higher education, and research arenas. In addition to his role with B&D Consulting, he also serves as the managing partner of the Baker & Daniels office in Washington , D.C. In the past, he served as a senior executive of the Arthritis Foundation, where he established a Washington, D.C.-based public policy group.
