We are apart of the Southeast Region.

Let us tell you a little about what we provide to Georgia-

Our programs improve lives.

• Our evidence-based Life Improvement Series includes exercise and education programs proven to reduce arthritis   pain and improve overall health. These programs include Arthritis Foundation Exercise, Aquatics, Tai Chi and Walk with Ease Programs

We also take pride in the programs we offer for children with arthritis and their families. 

• Family Education Day provides families with an opportunity to meet new friends and develop a support system as they   navigate life with juvenile arthritis. 

• Our Camp AcheAway program,, a free camp created especially for children ages six to 18 who are living with arthritis or a related disease will be held this year in July at Camp Will-A-Way in Winder, Georgia.

The Arthritis Foundation coordinates several special events to raise funds to support our mission.  Our events this year include:

• Arthritis Walks:  held at various locations across Georgia including the 2011 Arthritis Walk – Atlanta and the Arthritis Walk- Columbus to be held in May as well as our Arthritis Walk-Rome, GA on October 15th.    

• The Crystal Ball at The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead will take place October 22, 2011

• Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis to be held on December 3, 2011 at Stone Mountain Park.
