Turn off the television news, put away that newspaper and get offline.
Take some time to work on a project, hobby or craft.
Get in touch with a friend you haven’t talked to in a while and rekindle the relationship.
Find a cause or charity close to your heart and donate time and/or money.
Get lost in a good book. Read something light-hearted from fantasy fiction and romance to celebrity biographies.
Spruce up your nest. Start on that home improvement or landscaping project you’ve been putting off.
