Where kids get to be kids
A place, a community, and an adventure for children diagnosed with juvenile arthritis and other rheumatic diseases.
For many kids with juvenile arthritis (JA), attending summer camp with other young people who have JA can be life changing. Arthritis Foundation summer camps provide a safe and secure camp experience for children and teens with juvenile arthritis and childhood rheumatic diseases. Campers have fun and make new friends while gaining a greater understanding of their own juvenile arthritis and increasing their independence and self-confidence. Our camps, based in upstate New York, New Jersey, Vermont, and eastern Pennsylvania are medically supervised with health care professionals on-site to tend to campers’ needs.
