Welcome to Connecticut
There are more than 50 million Americans with Arthritis - 663,000 of them live in Connecticut. The Arthritis Foundation is the Champion of Yes. We are focused on finding a cure and championing the fight against arthritis through vital information, advocacy, science and community. Our goal is to chart a winning course, guiding families in developing personalized plans for saying yes – day after day.
For many young people, a week at camp with other kids who have JA can change their life. The Arthritis Foundation’s JA camps give kids with arthritis and related conditions the chance to make lasting memories. For many campers, it’s the first time they’ve met other kids who live with the same challenges and limitations.
The evening will consist of passed hors d'oeuvres, an open bar, a silent auction, sit-down dinner and speeches from members of the local arthritis community.
Living Your Yes with RA is a personalized goal-setting event brought to you by the Arthritis Foundation. This free forum gives you the opportunity to learn ways that can help you say Yes more than No, despite the challenges of living with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). You’ll get expert advice from a local rheumatologist plus guidance on setting goals that can help you live life to the fullest. Let us help you manage your RA, as well as communicate effectively with your own doctor.
The Walk to Cure Arthritis raises funds and awareness to fight the nation's leading cause of disability. We aren't just helping the millions of people who live with arthritis pain, we're funding research that's getting us closer to a cure.
JA Day is a fun and informative event where families raising children with JA have an opportunity to meet each other, network and hear from a JA expert while the kids take part in fun activities throughout the day.
