Our Mission.
The mission of the Arthritis Foundation is to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control, and cure of arthritis and related diseases.

We invite you to take an active role in the work of the Wisconsin Chapter. Whether you have five minutes or plenty of time to spare, your gifts of time, talent and resources make a real difference for children and adults affected by arthritis throughout the state.
- Become a member -- Membership benefits include a full year's subscription to Arthritis Today magazine, Member's Only discounts on book and video purchases, special updates on research, and much more.
- Volunteers are vital to outreach programs across the state. You have the opportunity to help us help others as a program leader, health fair representative or a support contact.
- Advocate for persons with arthritis. Contact your senators and representatives and affirm the need for their support for funding for arthritis treatments, medications and research.
- Donate -- There are many ways you can help others right here in Wisconsin with a contribution, a planned gift or corporate sponsorship.
- Memorials and Honorariums -- When you make a contribution in honor of or in memory of someone who has touched your life, you also help provide important resources to fund needed research, public and professional education and community services. Post a message on an individual's Hope Through Heroes site or create your own Hope Through Heroes site.
Or mail your donation to any office location and mention if this is a memorial or honorarium donation. Please include the person's name in memory or honor of. If there is family or friend that you would like us to notify of this donation please include the name and address and we will send a card informing them of this kindness.
- Participate in a special event -- Whether an individual, corporation, foundation or organization, we offer a variety of ways to get involved and raise vital funds needed to support our mission.

You can be assured that your contributions to the Arthritis Foundation, Wisconsin Chapter are used efficiently and wisely. 77% of every dollar contributed to this organization directly funds vital research, important Wisconsin patient and disease management services, public health education and education and training for medical professionals. Only 18% of our income is spent on fund raising and 5% on administrative expenses.
