NEWS FLASH! Arthritis Funding Being Cut!

It’s all over the news … Our Pennsylvania legislators are negotiating the state budget. Currently, arthritis program funding is not included in the proposed budget. We have received word that the General Assembly is reviewing all of the line items of the Budget, which includes arthritis program funding! Click here to learn more and find out how you can take action!

Arthritis Awareness Month in Pennsylvania

State Representative Jennifer Mann presented Arthritis Foundation Pennsylvania Chapter Executive Directors - Robyn Clark - Central PA, David Martin - Western PA, and Carolyn Wisniewski - Eastern PA with a proclamation from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, which declared May, Arthritis Awareness Month in Pennsylvania. NEW Arthritis Bill Introduced to Congress!

We are so excited to report to you U.S. Congresswoman Anna Eshoo (D-CA) and Fred Upton (R-MI) introduced the Arthritis Prevention, Control, and Cure Act of 2009.  Recently, over 350 arthritis advocates from across the nation, representing 40 states, went to Capitol Hill pressing Members of Congress for swift action.
