   2009 Fall Training Schedule Now Available

We are pleased to release our 2009 Fall Training schedule for our Life Improvement Series.  We are especially excited about our new and improved aquatic and exercise programs. These changes range from easy to use instructor manuals to new exercises to accommodate different levels of fitness and more. Our friends at the American Exercise Association (AEA) recently published two articles about the Arthritis Foundation's Aquatic program and equipment changes.  Check out Take Control with Water Exercise and Why Can’t We Use That Equipment? to learn more. Quarterly Reports

 

       The Arthritis Foundation is working in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to show how many people benefit from our programs. We rely on quarterly attendance reports from our wellness partners to measure program growth and to ensure continued federal support. Please use the quarterly form each quarter for each class you offer.  Also, please turn in any new participant release forms. Need help? Contact jyoder@arthritis.org.
