Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Exercise Program (Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program)

Inland Empire, CA 92501

Running from October 1, 2002

This program is a warm-water recreational exercise program designed to decrease pain and stiffness, improve or maintain joint flexibility, and increase range of motion.

Classes are currently available in the following areas:

Barstow
Corona
Highland
La Verne
Rancho Cucamonga
Redlands
Riverside
San Jacinto
Sun City
Upland
