Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program)

Running from July 26, 2002

This is a land-based exercise program with activities that are designed to sustain and improve joint mobility, tone muscles and improve posture. This exercise program is conducted with participants sitting and standing and allows people to have fun while exercising in a group setting. Classes are offered in the following areas and are free of charge:

Anaheim
Buena Park
Cypress
Fullerton
Garden Grove
Huntington Beach
Irvine
Laguna Hills
Laguna Niguel
Laguna Woods
Lake Forest
Mission Viejo
Orange
San Clemente
San Juan Capistrano
