Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program (Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program)

Orange County, CA

Running from January 1, 2000 until January 18, 2038

This program is a warm-water recreational exercise program designed to decrease pain and stiffness, improve or maintain joint flexibility, and increase range of motion. Classes are currently available in the following areas:

Anaheim (Summer)
Dana Point (Summer)
Foothill Ranch
Fullerton
Huntington Beach
Irvine
Laguna Niguel
Laguna Woods (May to October)
Mission Viejo
Newport Beach
Orange
Placentia
Rancho Santa Margarita
San Clemente
