Youth Programs

Youth Program participants rafting

Arthritis affects more than 300,000 children in the United States. The Southern California Chapter sponsors four children's camps that are exclusive to children with arthritis and related diseases.

  • Family Camp, Lake Hughes, California
  • Camp Esperanza, San Bernardino Mountains, California
  • Camp Sol, Southern Nevada
  • Camp Manaolana, Hawaii

These camps provide children with the first opportunity to meet others who share their experiences, and feel stronger and energized as a result.

You can help in the fight to find a cure for arthritis.

For more information about Arthritis Foundation programs and services, please contact the Branch office in your community.

Rugged coastline, quiet beaches, lighthouses, giant redwood forests, famous wineries and world-class cities are yours to enjoy for each of the tour's eight days. Cyclists begin the 525-mile ride at San Francisco's famous Fisherman's Wharf on September 25th and end triumphantly in Santa Monica on October 2nd. Along the way, they are fully supported, being served fantastic meals and staying in stunning overnight locations. As our cyclists like to say, "This is the ride of a "lifetime."
