Life Improvement Series

Welcome!

Thank you for visiting our site and for your interest in our Chapter. The mission of the Arthritis Foundation is to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases.

Most likely you or someone close to you is one of the nearly 46 million Americans adults who have doctor diagnosed arthritis. Our Chapter offers various programs and services to help people with arthritis cope with their disease. Some of the things we offer include exercise programs, educational programs, and support groups. We also sponsor special events throughout the year to raise money and to raise awareness of this disease in the hopes of one day finding a cure.

Give the gift of life. A memorial gift for a loved one will last a lifetime and honor a precious memory. Or, you may choose to make a gift for a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion. Find out more about these special gifts.

Please contact us today to find out more about how our programs and services can help you -- or how you can help others -- take control of this disease.

The Power of 60

Funding Breakthroughs, Changing Lives

The Power of 60

Much has changed since the Arthritis and Rheumatism Foundation was established in 1948 by a group of physicians and laypeople with a vision of a world free of arthritis pain. But our mission to improve the lives of people affected by the disease remains the same. Today the Arthritis Foundation is the nation's leading health organization addressing the needs of all Americans affected by arthritis. Looking ahead, we're more committed than ever to advocacy, education, and research in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases.
