"Arthritis & Exercise: What I Can Do"

Exercising when you have arthritis is very important, but can be difficult and challenging to do.  If you learn about the type of arthritis you have and how to exercise safely, you will have less arthritis pain, increased muscle strength and less fatigue.  Dr Shibuya will be speaking about rheumatoid arthritis, a common form of inflammatory arthritis, which if diagnosed early and treated aggressively, can be successfully managed with exercise programs like the Arthritis Foundation's Aquatics Class and medications.
