Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructor Training
The Central Coast Branch of the Arthritis Foundation, Northern California Chapter, is offering two days of training in the Sun Style of Tai Chi adapted for arthritis. The instructor training will prepare participants to become certified instructors of the Tai Chi for Arthritis Exercise Program. Learn more

GRANTS AVAILABLE TO START FREE EXERCISE PROGRAMS AT YOUR SITE
The Arthritis Foundation, Northern California Chapter (AFNC) is pleased to announce the availability of funds through the 2011 Andrew and Gloria Guasch Memorial Community Care/Patient Education Grant Program.
The purpose of this funding is to improve quality of life for underserved communities by making AF’s proven physical activity programs available to low-income individuals for free. More
