The Arthritis Foundation Life Improvement Series  programs - Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program, Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program, Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program and Arthritis Foundation Self Help Program are proven to decrease the pain and limitations of arthritis.


Accessibility and safety are critical to the Life  Improvement Series. A license Agreement assures that quality standards are upheld. To learn more about becoming a partner, download the sample agreement form for:

GET INVOLVED AS AN ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION LEADER, INSTRUCTOR OR TRAINER


Become a leader or instructor to plan and lead quality Arthritis Foundation classes for people with arthritis. Review the position descriptions from more information.

Get trained to teach a class. Meet minimum yearly teaching and reporting requirements to become or remain certified, then renew your certification every three years.

Report Forms   

The Arthritis Foundation is working in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to show how many people benefit from our programs. We rely on the quarterly attendance reports from our exercise partners to measure program growth and to ensure continued federal support. Please use the Program Report Forms each quarter for each class you offer (AFAP, AFEP, AFTC).
