Join Fairfax County RECenters and exercise your joints in the water while raising money to fight arthritis!

Thursday, April 22nd 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Choose from three simultaneous programs led by a RECenter staff person
· Shallow Water Walk
· Deep Water Walk
· Lap Swim
Friday, April 23rd ALL DAY
6:00 a.m. - Lap swim
7:30 a.m. - Deep Water Walk
8:30 a.m.- Shallow Water Walk
9:30 a.m. - Deep Water Walk
10:30 a.m. - Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program
Providence RECenter - TBA
