Aquatic Classes in D.C. (Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program)

Running from January 1, 2007

 The Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program is a water exercise program designed for people with arthritis and related conditions. It is designed to safely keep your joints moving and improve your sense of well-being. The AFAP also provides a friendly and supportive atmosphere in which you can make new friends and try new activities. The classes are led by instructors who have successfully complete an AFAP Training Workshop conducted by Arthritis Foundation-approved trainers. The program was co-developed by the Arthritis Foundation and YMCA of the USA.
