Journey to a Cure

The 2009 Journey to a Cure Benefit and Auction (formerly the Arts for Arthritis Gala) will take place on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at The Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington DC.  This exquisite event features cocktails and a gourmet dinner along with exceptional artistic treasures for sale.

This year, the Arthritis Foundation is pleased to present Senator Christopher J. Dodd with the 2009 Marriott Lifetime Achievement Award for his leadership in healthcare policy. Former honorees and recipients of this award include Alice Sheets Marriott, Senator Robert J. Dole, Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton, The Washington Post and Time Magazine.
